Starter Units include 4 posts, 4 shelves and post sleeves. The Add-on Units include 2 posts, 4 shelves, post sleeves and S-hooks. Add-on units can be attached end-to-end, back-to-back, or at right angles for maximum space utilization. Accomodates LEWISBins+ ESD-Safe Part Bins , ESD-Safe Divider Boxes and ESD-Safe Shelf Bins To make shelving conductive, order four (4) conductive post sleeves per shelf, a grounding wire and/or conductive casters. (see model numbers below) Conductive Post Sleeves manufactured with a copper strip should be used in place of the plastic post sleeves to ensure shelf conductivity to ground. Conductive Rubber Casters for optimal ESD protection (200 lb. capacity each). Ground Wire prevents the accumulation of electro-static charges when grounding wire is in contact with a conductive floor. |
